The center specializes in the maintenance of all types, sizes and models of radiators made of galvanized iron, copper and aluminum using the latest advanced technology with the possibility of using welding types that are suitable for all the metals from which the radiator is made. The center is pleased to deal with all companies, whether drilling, mining, petroleum, contracting, or public and land transport companies.

The maintenance center performs maintenance on all radiators of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, loaders, excavators, forklifts, and generators. The radiator is tested after maintenance under high pressure to detect any leaks.

The maintenance center supplies and performs maintenance for all oil and air coolers using the best welding types suitable for the metal.

The center is unique in supplying radiator fins for furnaces metal smelting used in iron and steel plants, which are welded to assemble and test them under high pressure.

Heat exchangers and radiators are vital components in many engineering and industrial applications.

Al-Fares Company for Radiator Manufacturing in 10th of Ramadan City is one of the companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt that specializes in the manufacture of heat exchangers and radiators.

The company’s production lines and facilities include the manufacture of OEM radiators for multiple types of cars and vehicles, as well as air-cooled or water-cooled oil coolers for air and gas compressors, power generators, and hydraulic circuits.

Accordingly, the company’s management decided to support the quality and production strategy by establishing an engineering office in the factory in the Tenth of Ramadan, which aims to:

Monitoring the operation of facilities and production lines, designing new products, and finding suitable alternatives for products outside the scope of the company’s production lines.

Construction and operation of a new unit for testing the thermal performance of heat exchangers and radiators.

Organizing and conducting training courses for graduate engineers and students of various engineering colleges and institutes to learn about the methods and techniques of heat transfer in heat exchangers and how to calculate the rate of heat transfer in them, in addition to introducing the production lines and fermentation ovens in the company and the technological methods used in them.

Regarding training courses for heat exchangers, a special training center has been built and equipped in the Tenth of Ramadan City factory for this purpose.

The training courses are conducted by a select group of university professors and engineers specializing in various types of heat exchangers.

The center also includes a fully equipped lecture hall with various educational resources, such as student seating, projectors, and whiteboards, as well as a student registration office. The center awards a certificate to trainees.

Learn about the performance calculation programs for the various heat exchangers used in the company.

Learn about the company production lines and product fermentation furnaces.

Learn about how to monitor the operation of the heat exchanger performance testing unit.

The training day at the company was organized as follows:

9:00 AM: Gathering of engineers and students from the meeting point at Adly Mansour Station in El Salam City to board the company bus.

10:00 AM: Theoretical lectures on heat transfer methods and calculating heat transfer rates in various heat exchangers.

1:00 PM: Visit to the company’s production lines, departments, and the heat exchanger testing unit.

3:00 PM: Boarding the company bus to the meeting point at Adly Mansour Station.
